Posted 3 months ago with 13 notesAbout a year ago a colleague and I made this short video for Grumman ‘78 - a food truck in Montreal. They were just starting out and we wanted to help promote them. Yes, food trucks are all the rage these days in almost every city you can mention, however for us in Montreal antiquated laws prevent this sort of thing. Grumman ‘78 is trying to change this.
More recently, Anthony Bourdain’s new show The Layover paid Montreal a quick, drunken visit. Along with all of the other amazing places to eat, Tony stopped by Nouveau Palais and chowed down on some delicious Grumman tacos. Check that video out below:
